Amyreil Technologies is an independent, remote-first studio based in India. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Data you enter inside a product is handled under that product's own terms; for HotelEase, hotel records stay on the hotel's own PC.

1. What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you enter. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay, which passes the content to our inbox and may process it in transit.

If you email us directly at contact@amyreil.online or request a demo, we receive that message, your email address and anything you choose to include.

Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time for security and reliability. We do not run accounts, take payments or use advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement or demo.
• To keep a record of our correspondence if we work together.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use your message for advertising or add you to a marketing list. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy, or where the law requires it.

4. Service providers

• FormSubmit delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site, which means Google receives your IP address when the font files load.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a working relationship means we need them longer. You can ask us to delete your information earlier.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email contact@amyreil.online and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in India, these requests are handled consistent with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Cookies and links

This site does not set cookies or use analytics. Links to Trikal Darshi, AmyLearn demos or social platforms take you to other services with their own privacy policies. This site is not directed at children under 18.

HotelEase is a desktop app and stores hotel records on the hotel's own PC. Information entered into HotelEase is not sent to us through this website.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.

9. Contact

Amyreil Technologies is an independent studio operating from India. It is not a registered company, so there is no GST or CIN. We are remote-first and have no walk-in office. Privacy questions can go to contact@amyreil.online.
