These terms cover your use of this website. Client engagements and product use are governed by separate written agreements.

1. Who we are

Amyreil Technologies is an independent, remote-first studio based in India. It is not a registered company, so it has no GST or CIN, and it has no walk-in office.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and contact us about work or a demo. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use its content in a misleading way.

3. Products and their status

• Trikal Darshi is live at trikaldarshi.online and is governed by its own terms.
• AmyLearn is in beta. Demos are available on request. Features, availability and behaviour can change while it is in beta.
• HotelEase v2.2 is a Windows desktop app. Use is governed by the licence and terms supplied with the app.

Product screens on this site are illustrative mockups, not live product screenshots. Descriptions are provided for context and are not a commitment to deliver a specific feature or date.

4. No payments on this site

This website takes no payments, subscriptions or booking fees. Meetings, demos and early conversations are free. Because no money is collected through this site or for booking a meeting, there is nothing to refund and no refund policy applies here.

Trikal Darshi sells reading passes on its own website. Those payments and any related refunds are handled by Trikal Darshi under its own terms, not by this site.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, branding and code on this site belong to Amyreil Technologies unless stated otherwise. The Trikal Darshi, AmyLearn and HotelEase names and related marks are our property. You may not copy or reuse the site or its brand assets without written permission.

Ownership of client work and deliverables is defined in each engagement agreement, not by these website terms.

6. No warranty

This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that product descriptions will stay current as products change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amyreil Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from this website are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
