Every institution keeps its own space.

Each college joins with its own college code. Every record is tenant-scoped, so one institution never sees another's students, marks or fees.

Students, faculty, exam cells and platform staff use separate portals. Roles, menus and feature flags are configured per institution, with email-verified signup, JWT sessions, bulk import and audit logs.

The week runs from one workspace.

Departments, streams, subjects, batches and classrooms are structured data, not spreadsheets. Faculty take attendance, submit weekly reports, set assignments, grade submissions and post notices inside the same tenant.

A shared calendar and comments keep the handoffs in one place instead of across three departments.

Exams move as one lifecycle.

Exam sessions, eligibility, forms, seat allocation, question bank, marks upload and result publishing sit in one flow. Admit cards carry QR or barcode checks, and semester feedback follows the result.

The exam cell stops rebuilding the same student list for every stage.

A study desk and a library.

The AI study desk is a Socratic tutor with mind maps, document summaries and OCR for PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and image files, plus breakdowns of public YouTube lectures.

The library handles digital and physical checkout, returns and overdue fines in the same workspace.

Who it's for.

Small and mid-sized colleges, university departments and multi-campus groups. The people using it are the exam cell, academic office, faculty and students. The buyer is usually academic or IT leadership replacing a patchwork of systems.

Good to know.

  • The fee module records a ledger and receipts. No payment gateway is connected, so online fee payment is not part of the product.
  • The AI study desk is a study assistant, not an assessor. It is not a grading tool.
  • Assignment submissions store file references rather than uploaded files.
  • Inference runs on Groq-hosted open-source models. Built with React 18, Vite, Express, Prisma, JWT authentication and Tesseract OCR, deployed on Vercel and Render.
