Frontend Intern

Builds the interfaces people actually touch, from this site to the AmyLearn portals.

contact@amyreil.online

About the role

You work on two surfaces. The Amyreil site is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript with GSAP and Lenis for motion, no framework and no build step. AmyLearn, the academic platform, is React 18 with Vite. Most interns start on the marketing site because a change there is visible within a day, then move into product interfaces.

Why join us

  • Three real products, not a training demo. Trikal Darshi is live, AmyLearn is in beta and HotelEase v2.2 is shipped.
  • Six founders and no layers. The person who reviews your work is the person who set the scope.
  • Your work reaches production. This site rebuilds on every push to main, on a domain people visit.
  • The week is built around your classes. We judge what lands, not how long you stayed online.

What you will do

  • Turn a section idea into working HTML and CSS inside the shared design system in assets/css/site.css.
  • Add scroll motion with GSAP and ScrollTrigger, and keep the reduced-motion fallback working.
  • Check every change at 1440, 768 and 390 pixels before it ships.
  • Fix the small things that decide whether a page feels made: contrast, tap targets, heading order, alt text, image weight.
  • Help keep AmyLearn's React components tidy while the beta is still moving.

What you will learn

  • A design system built from tokens instead of one-off values.
  • How motion changes perceived speed and measured load time, checked with Lighthouse.
  • Semantic HTML and accessibility that survives a real review.
  • How a static site is deployed, cached and served from a custom domain.
  • Component work in React 18 with Vite on a product with real users.

Requirements

  • You are in your 2nd or 3rd year of a degree or diploma.
  • Comfortable with HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals; you can lay out a page without a framework.
  • Something you can show us: a college project, a personal site, anything you built and finished.
  • You can read CSS you did not write and follow the existing pattern.
  • Willing to learn GSAP, Lenis and React as the work needs them.
  • Remote and readable in writing. You send an update instead of waiting for a meeting.

Perks

  • Work that is live on amyreil.online, with your name in the commit history.
  • Direct access to the six founders, including the two who write most of the interface code.
  • Hours that fit around classes.
  • A written internship letter and a reference you can use afterwards.
  • Sight of three products at three stages: live, beta and shipped desktop.

The honest terms.

  • Every role here is an internship, open to students in their 2nd or 3rd year of a course.
  • These are unpaid positions. There is no stipend at present, and we would rather say it here than in an interview.
  • Amyreil Technologies is not incorporated in any country. We plan to incorporate in India at a later date. Until then, nothing on this page is an offer of employment.
  • All work is remote. There is no walk-in office to report to.
  • We hire on the stack these three products already use. If the work needs a different tool, you should be open to learning it.

Send your work.

Put Frontend Intern in the subject, link your GitHub or portfolio, and say which parts of the stack you have already used. We reply within one working day.
